Hi, I’m Tristan Hill, founder of Pain Free Fitness. My love for movement began as a teenager, and over 25 years later, it’s still the driving force behind everything I do.

I bring a distinct point of difference having worked both in a clinical setting and performance setting while being supported by a Masters in Sports Coaching. My time as a professional athlete, movement coach, PT manager, lecturer, mentor and sports coach have armed me with a unique set of skills that allow me to integrate exercise from pain to performance.

Over the years, this has allowed me to help 100's of people move from pain and frustration to confidence and strength. Many came to me after trying countless allied health services or programs that never truly addressed the why behind their pain. My approach is different.
